Patricia Lee‑Jenkins, Director & Lead Caregiver

Patricia Lee‑Jenkins is the heart behind Hare BnB. As an experienced bunny owner, self‑taught groomer, and passionate advocate for rabbit welfare, Patricia brings compassion, skill, and unwavering dedication to every rabbit who enters her care.

Her journey began in 2020, when she started fostering rabbits for local animal shelters. It didn’t take long for her to see the overwhelming need: too many rabbits in crisis, and far too few safe havens equipped to help them. Motivated by this gap—and guided by her deep love for rabbits—Patricia founded Hare BnB at the height of the pandemic, determined to create a place where bunnies could heal, feel safe, and find their forever homes.

Patricia uses her grooming talents to support the rescue financially and to ensure each rabbit feels comfortable and cared for. She is committed to preventing unnecessary re‑homing through education, and she works tirelessly to reduce the homeless rabbit population by supporting spay and neuter efforts.

Every bunny who crosses her path receives patience, respect, and a whole lot of heart.
